One of the most common things I hear from business owners is "I know I should write something, but I don't know what to say." So they ask AI to write it for them, and what comes back is polite, correct and completely forgettable. The problem isn't the tool. It's that it knows nothing about your real stories, opinions or experience.
Here's a simple trick that fixes it. Instead of asking for the finished piece, say: "I want to write a blog post about [topic]. Before you write anything, ask me five questions, one at a time, so you can get to know my experience." Then just answer them, in your own words, as if you were chatting to a friend. Don't worry about being polished.
When you're done, ask it to turn your answers into the finished piece. Because it's built from your own words and stories, it sounds like you and nobody else could have written it. It's also much easier than staring at an empty page, because answering questions is something we all find natural. Try it with your next email, post or proposal.
If you'd like me to walk you through it, book a free chat and bring a topic along.
