Questions
Do I need to buy Gemini separately?
No — if you're on Google Workspace Business, Gemini is already included in your subscription. You're already paying for it. This service sets it up so it actually works for you.
What if my Gemini features aren't switched on?
This is common. Gemini needs to be enabled in your Google Workspace admin console. We check this on the discovery call and sort it out before we start — it takes about 5 minutes if it needs enabling.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Everything gets built for you, and the training session shows you exactly how to use it in plain English. If you can use Gmail, you can use Gemini. That's the whole point.
Will you need access to my Google account?
For the setup, yes. We can do this via screen share on Zoom so you can see exactly what I'm doing at every step, or I can work directly in your account if you prefer.
What if I'm already using some Gemini features?
