Questions
Do I need to already have a Claude account?
No — if you don't have one, we'll set one up together on the discovery call. You'll need Claude Pro (£18/month) for Projects and Skills to work. That's separate from my fee.
Will you need access to my account?
For the setup, yes — I'll need to log in to build everything. We can do this via screen share on Zoom so you can see exactly what I'm doing, or I can work in your account directly if you prefer. Everything is documented so you always know what's there.
What if I want more than three Projects?
The initial package includes three Projects. Additional Projects can be added as part of the retainer, or as a one-off add-on — ask me about this on the discovery call.
I'm not very technical. Will I be able to use this?
Yes. That's exactly who this service is for. The whole point of the handover training is to make sure you're confident and comfortable — not just handed something you don't understand. If you can use your phone, you can use Claude.
What if it doesn't work the way I hoped?
The 14 days of post-handover support is there for exactly this reason. If anything isn't working as it should, I'll fix it. And the discovery call is free — so if I don't think this service is right for you, I'll tell you before you spend a penny.
